About the project

Leaves Builders completed the conversion of Acer House, a disused office block in Denmead, Hampshire, into eight modern apartments.

The project involved the complete removal of all commercial infrastructure, making way for the installation of separate utility services for each apartment. Extensive fire compartmentation and sound-proofing works were carried out to ensure compliance with residential safety and comfort standards.

The transformation was finalized with the installation of new domestic infrastructure, landscaping, and high-quality decorative finishes, creating a contemporary and functional living space.
