About the project

Leaves Builders were appointed to conserve Lord Bolton’s Field Wall, a listed structure that forms the south and east boundary of the field adjacent to Basing Grange, a former farmyard now serving as the Basing House visitor centre, which includes The Great Barn and multifunctional educational spaces. The recent works on the south boundary wall included repointing and rebuilding unstable areas. The proposed second phase will focus on selective repointing and brickwork repairs to the historic and listed east boundary wall, which borders the residential properties at No. 3 The Street and Soper’s Row.
