About the project

Leaves Builders undertook the refurbishment of a listed monument located in the Winchester countryside.

The works presented significant challenges due to the remote location and inclement weather conditions. All plant, scaffolding, and materials had to be delivered via small ATV up a steep, muddy track.

The project included stripping the existing paint using specialised Keim STS products, conducting lime repairs to the existing render with the Ecomorta lime system, and making minor repairs to the tiled roofs.

The refurbishment was completed with a full redecoration of the monument using specialized Keim mineral paint, ensuring its preservation and aesthetic appeal.
