About the project

Leaves Builders successfully transformed the former NatWest building in Denmead through a complex four-month refurbishment. The project involved converting the disused banking facility into a modern ground-floor retail space and a first-floor apartment.

The renovation required extensive demolition and groundwork, structural modifications, roofing work, and the installation of upgraded electrical and mechanical systems.

Skilled plasterers and carpenters refined the interior, while contract lift operations ensured the safe handling of heavy structural components. The project was completed with high-quality decorative finishes, creating a fully modernized retail and residential environment.
