4 month project. We were recommended to a domestic customer after challenges with their previous building works. Works involved: demolition of existing building works, re-design of structural opening with structural engineers, re-design architecture of kitchen area, re-route existing drainage, minor remodelling of existing utility room, minor alterations to existing entrance hall and dining room to create an open living space at the rear of the property.
