Conversion of a disused retail unit, acquired by one of our long-standing customers, the Fitzroy Support Charity into a Day Centre for vulnerable adults. Works involved; removal of retail fixtures and fittings, installation of new drainage, structural steel works, soundproofing of walls and ceiling, configuration of new rooms, accessibility works, fitting of front-of-house coffee area and learning kitchen (DDA compliant working kitchen), DDA compliant toilet facilities, communal toilets and washroom, fire detection works, graphic design for new shop front and general decor works.
