Housing Disrepair

At Leaves Builders, we deal with damp, mould and condensation before they turn into bigger structural problems. Our teams handle everything from mould treatment and removal to improving ventilation and treating affected timber. Where needed, we also carry out liquid DPC injection and remove or reinstall cavity wall insulation. For properties with structural issues, we take care of crack stitching, masonry repairs and replacing damaged wall tiles.

With Awaab’s Law placing clear responsibilities on landlords to act quickly on damp and mould, our services help you stay compliant while protecting residents’ health.
